Terms and Conditions For Shipping and Delivery

  • Please note that there is a minimum shipping charge and the same is calculated and advised upon check out.
  • Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination and are borne by the customer. 
Please note taxes and duties are chargeable as applicable. 
Most countries are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties. As the order recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary and will be informed to you beforehand to release your order from customs on arrival. 
Please note we are unable to advise the duty amount in advance.
Disclaimer for Singapore orders: Kindly note for cart value above 400 SGD a goods and service tax of 7% is chargeable as per Singapore government regulations. These charges will need   to be paid prior to delivery and upon receiving a notification from us. This is only applicable for Singapore based orders.
  • The estimated delivery time of each product is mentioned on the product page. Estimated shipping time for garment will be 4-6 weeks. For custom orders the timeline will be 6-8 weeks and will be advised upon check out.  Accessories will be shipped within 2 weeks for  ready in stock items and 4-6 weeks for personalisation or made to order items and also depending on the designer and product style.
  • Once your order is out for delivery we will send you the tracking number.
  • Delivery Time for your order starts from the date of order confirmation.
  • Due to unforeseen circumstances, it’s possible that a designer may not be able to produce your order piece. In such cases, you will be offered a refund or an online store credit.

  • We are not responsible for any delays caused due to COVID-19 and by destination custom clearance processes.
  • We are unable to re-direct orders once items have been dispatched.
