Terms and Conditions For Shipping and Delivery

 

  • All orders are shipped from India, barring products that are available inhouse at Studio Melange
  • We ship Worldwide , please refer to our chart below for shipping charges. 
    1. Singapore - Free shipping for online orders above S$350 as per stipulated product timelines. For order value below S$350 a charge of $35 will be applicable. For expedited shipping via DHL, irrespective of order value a charge of S$50 will be applicable. For same day delivery of orders from Studio Melange, a self collection option is available or express shipping fee of S$25 will be applicable.
    2. Australia - Free shipping above S$400.  For order value below S$400, S$45 will be charged
    3. USA & Canada  Free shipping above S$400. For order value below S$400, S$50 will be charged
    4. United Kingdom - Free shipping above S$400. For order value below S$400, S$45 will be charged
    5. Philippines & Indonesia - Free shipping above S$400. For order value below S$400, S$45 will be charged.
    6. Thailand - Free shipping above S$400. For order value below S$400, S$35 will be charged.
    7. UAE, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, Saudi Arabia - Due to the current geo-political situation in the Middle East, there will be a flat shipping fee of S$80
    8. Malaysia & Hongkong- Free shipping above S$350. For order value below S$350, S$35 will be charged.
    9. India - Flat $10 shipping charged
    10. Pakistan - Free shipping above S$500. For order value below S$500, S$50 will be charged. 

    Please Note -For Home Accessories there is delivery fee of S$25 within Singapore and for international orders will be based on actuals
  • As the order recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary and will be informed to you beforehand to release your order from customs on arrival. 
Please note we are unable to advise the duty amount in advance.
  • Kindly note for Singapore orders a goods and service tax of 9% is chargeable as per Singapore 2024 custom regulations and will be applied at checkout.

  • Once your order is out for delivery we will send you a notification with the tracking number.
  • Delivery Time for your order starts from the date of order confirmation.
  • Due to unforeseen circumstances, it’s possible that a designer may not be able to produce your order piece. In such cases, you will be offered a refund or an online store credit.
