Terms and Conditions For Shipping and Delivery

  • We offer Free Worldwide shipping on orders above S$200/ US$150 (terms and conditions apply)
  • As the order recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary and will be informed to you beforehand to release your order from customs on arrival. 
Please note we are unable to advise the duty amount in advance.
  • Kindly note for Singapore orders a goods and service tax of 9% is chargeable as per Singapore 2024 custom regulations and will be applied at checkout.

  • Once your order is out for delivery we will send you a notification with the tracking number.
  • Delivery Time for your order starts from the date of order confirmation.
  • Due to unforeseen circumstances, it’s possible that a designer may not be able to produce your order piece. In such cases, you will be offered a refund or an online store credit.
