Returns and Exchanges

All sales are final once confirmed, please note that we do not offer any REFUNDS unless we cant fulfil your order. An option of store credit or refund will be offered if we cant fulfil your order.

No cancellations will be accepted once the order goes through. 

In case the product is with a manufacturing defect or a wrong product has been received, kindly email us at onlinesales@melangesingapore.com within 48 Hours of receiving the products. Your email should contain comprehensive details along with images of the defects/complaints of the product delivered to you. 

Your purchase is eligible for an exchange or Credit Note only if it meets the following conditions:

  • An incorrect product has been delivered to you i.e. the product does not match the item in the order confirmation email.

  • If the product you receive has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect.

  • In this case all items have to be returned back to Melange Singapore premises in their original packaging within 1 week. Shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

  • SPECIAL REQUEST : If a customer wants to exchange the size of an ordered garment after receiving the order, we are happy to look into the request provided it’s a regular size item and not made to measure. Please send us an email on onlinesales@melangesingapore.com within 48 hours of receiving the garment, final decision on this is subject to designers approval.  The cost of return courier in this case will be borne by the customer.

All customised orders are non returnable and all accessories cannot be exchanged or returned. There will be no exchange or refund of end of season sale products. All sales for this category will be considered as final and no customisation will be offered.
