Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

At Melange, every order is prepared with great care. Many of our pieces are handcrafted or made especially for you in collaboration with our designer partners. For this reason, we encourage you to review your order carefully before confirming your purchase. Should you have any questions regarding sizing, fit or styling, our team is always happy to assist prior to placing your order.

Order Cancellations

Once an order has been confirmed, we are unable to accept cancellations as production and order processing begin immediately.

In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfil your order, we will promptly inform you and offer you the choice of either a full refund or a Melange store credit.

 

Returns & Exchanges

While we do not offer refunds for change of mind, we are committed to ensuring you receive your order in perfect condition.

 

If you receive:

An incorrect item, or

A product with a genuine manufacturing or quality defect,

please email us at onlinesales@melangesingapore.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Kindly include your order number, a brief description of the issue and clear photographs so our team can review your request promptly.

 

If your request is approved, the item should be returned to Melange Singapore in its original condition and packaging within 7 days of receipt. Unless the error was on our part, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

 

Size Exchanges

We understand that sizing can occasionally vary between designers. If you require a size exchange, we are happy to review your request, subject to the designer's approval and stock availability.

 

Please note that:

Size exchanges apply only to garments purchased in standard sizes.

Made-to-measure or customised garments are not eligible for size exchange.

Requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order by emailing onlinesales@melangesingapore.com.

Return shipping costs for approved size exchanges will be borne by the customer.

Customised & Sale Items


As all customised and made-to-measure garments are created specifically for you, these items are not eligible for return, exchange or refund.

For hygiene and product integrity reasons, accessories are also not eligible for return or exchange.

All purchases made during our End of Season Sale are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, refund or customisation.
