 Is my personal information kept private?

We would like to assure you that all customer information is kept private and confidential, and at no point this information is shared by any third party.

 Is it possible to make a custom fit garment?

Yes, this option is available for some products. Please visit the designer page and click on the style you wish to customize. You can then choose the ‘CUSTOMISE SIZE’ option (if available for that product) and follow the instructions to place your order.

Kindly note , no refunds and exchanges will be made for customised orders. Delivery timelines for customised orders are different and mentioned for each product.

What payment methods does Melange Singapore accept and is it safe to use my credit card online?  

We accept payments via Visa, Master Card and Apple Pay. All payments are processed through a secured check out system.

Can I cancel my order once it has been placed?

We accept cancellations only within 24 hours of placing the order. We however do not provide refunds for any products once sold. A website credit note valid for 3 months will however be offered.

Can I make amendments to my order once it is placed?

We accept amendments within 24 hours of processing the order on our website and subject to availability by the designer. We do not provide refunds for any products once sold. A website credit note valid for 3 months will however be offered.

Where will my orders be shipped to?

All orders will be shipped to Melange Singapore office. After a final round of quality check the orders will be delivered to your doorstep.

How can I track my order?

Once the order is processed and is ready to ship, we will send you the tracking details where you will be able to keep track of your orders. 

How much duties and taxes will I pay?

  • Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination and are borne by the customer. 
Most countries are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties. As the order recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are residing in. 

Important info for Singapore clients: Due to recent announcement of Singapore Good and Service tax policy change we will now be charging 8% on top of your order value for all goods being delivered to Singapore post Jan 1st, 2023. You will see the duty amount at checkout.
Does Melange Singapore assist with alterations?

After the fulfilment of the order as per your purchase we do not offer any alteration services but we are happy to recommend our local alteration service provider  to help you with your requirements.

What if I receive my order in a damaged condition?

Melange Singapore shall make all endeavors to deliver defect free products. In case of any discrepancy found, or damage to the packet is noticed, please leave a suitable remark on receipt of the courier before accepting the delivery of the products.  

Please also send us the image of the product/packet along with your concern to our customer care team on our Whats App No +65 90049897 or email customer support on onlinesales@melangesingapore.com within 24 hours of receiving the courier. 

Any queries received post 48 hours of receiving the goods will not be accepted.
