Your purchase is eligible for an exchange or Credit Note only if it meets the following conditions:
An incorrect product has been delivered to you i.e. the product does not match the item in the order confirmation email.
If the product you receive has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect.
In this case all items have to be returned back to Melange Singapore premises in their original packaging within 1 week. Shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
SPECIAL REQUEST : If a customer wants a size exchange after receiving the order, we are happy to review the request, subject to designers discretion and product availability. All customised orders are non returnable and all accessories cannot be exchanged or returned. There will be no exchange or refund of end of season sale products. All sales for this category will be considered as final and no customisation will be offered.
- We offer Free Worldwide shipping on orders above S$200/ US$150 (terms and conditions apply)
- As the order recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary and will be informed to you beforehand to release your order from customs on arrival. Please note we are unable to advise the duty amount in advance. Kindly note for Singapore orders above SGD 400 a goods and service tax of 8% is chargeable as per Singapore custom regulations. These charges will need to be paid to Melange prior to delivery and upon receiving a notification from us.
- The estimated delivery time of each product is mentioned on the product page. Estimated shipping time for garment will be 4-6 weeks. For custom orders the timeline will be 6-8 weeks and will be advised upon check out. Accessories will be shipped within 2 weeks for ready in stock items and 4-6 weeks for personalisation or made to order items and also depending on the designer and product style.
- Once your order is out for delivery we will send you a notification with the tracking number.
- Delivery Time for your order starts from the date of order confirmation.
- Due to unforeseen circumstances, it’s possible that a designer may not be able to produce your order piece. In such cases, you will be offered a refund or an online store credit.
